Leasing, maintenance coordination, and monthly owner reporting stay in house, so there's one point of contact instead of a call center. We price off what's actually leasing on comparable streets rather than a county average, and we'll tell an owner when a renewal is worth more than a turnover. Most of our doors came from referrals or from owners who started with a single property.
