About Evercrest Realty
Evercrest Property Management has managed single-family and small multifamily rentals across San Diego County since 2009. We work exclusively with owners of one to fifty doors, and we know these submarkets at the ZIP level, not the metro average. Owners come to us for straight answers about what their property will actually rent for, how long it will take, and whether now is the right time.
Properties Managed: Single-family rentals, condos, duplexes, and small multifamily under 20 units. No large-scale apartment communities.
Target Audience: Individual rental owners, accidental landlords relocating out of the area, and small investors building a portfolio in San Diego County.
